I dropped my design off 12/28. I requested 3 items: two personalized jackets (one red and one white) and a sweatshirt. The owner was incredible with helping me pick out artwork that was unique and also gorgeous. I asked for them by 1/11 which was semi expedited. There ended up being a horrible storm, but the owner called me and let me know he would still be able to get it done in time so i appreciated the extra communication. Lastly, while doing the design on one jacket, the owner noticed more could be added to up the appeal. He called and consulted me about his recommendations and I am in love with the final product. Everything was ready by 1/10 and I had it all in time for my events. I also found the pricing to be very fair for the level of detail, quality in the design and the turn around time to completion. I Will absolutely be coming back here for any and everything embroidered.
